My name is Mike Hudson; President/Owner of MICS, which is an acronym for Modular Interior Construction Services; we’re located in located in Roseville, MN. We are a union contractor, minority owned, specializing in Carpentry/Drywall/Framing, Painting/Wall Covering, Office Furniture, demountable wall, and Retail Fixture installation, we also specialize in facilities maintenance programs. We work with major general contractors, property managers as well as major corporations through out the Twin Cities.
Thirty years of corporate property development experience has uniquely positioned me to move forward as a construction entrepreneur. I’ve worked with three of the world’s largest retail organizations, holding various positions from store design to construction management. Having worked with a wide range of business owners assisting in their development and success, I am able to take these experiences to the next level. My background in corporate America gives MICS an understanding of what it takes to support major clients.
No detail is too small; consistent communication as well as follow-up is paramount to the success of our relationship; it's about precise planning, strategy and logistics.
